Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Unique Threads Sarees, we are committed to providing you with a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Shipping & Delivery

  • Products are dispatched within 12–15 working days, as some products require finishing before dispatch.

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email.

  • After dispatch, delivery within India generally takes 4-5 business days.

  • International orders may take approximately 15–20 business days after dispatch.

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, logistics delays, or other factors beyond our control.

2. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once the shipping process has started.

  • Orders that include blouse stitching, pico, or fall work cannot be cancelled.

  • Modified or customized orders cannot be cancelled.

  • Any applicable cancellation or processing charges will be deducted from the refund amount and will be borne by the customer.

3. Return & Exchange Policy

  • Return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • Returns are available only for regular-priced sarees. Sale and clearance products are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only in cases of:

    • Manufacturing or assembling defects

    • Product damage

    • Incorrect product shipped by us

  • An unboxing/opening video is mandatory for all return and exchange claims.

  • The product must be returned in its original, unused and unwashed condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.

  • Return pickup is not provided. Customers are required to ship the product to our return address.

4. Return Shipping Charges

If the issue is from our end:

If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped by us, we will bear the return shipping cost.

  • Maximum return shipping reimbursement for 1 saree: ₹150.

If the return is due to customer preference:

If you wish to return a product due to change of mind, personal preference, or simply not liking the saree, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product is received and successfully inspected.

  • Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 6–7 business days.

  • Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions mentioned in this policy.

6. Customized & Made-to-Order Products

The following products are customized or made-to-order and are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Ready-to-Wear Sarees

  • Blouse Stitching

  • Pre-Draped Sarees

  • Any other customized or personalized orders

7. Customized Order Delivery Timeline

  • Customized and made-to-order products generally take 14–18 business days to dispatch.

  • Delivery usually takes an additional 4–5 business days after dispatch.

  • Tracking details will be shared once the order has been shipped.

8. Partial COD Policy

We offer Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) for selected orders.

  • A small token amount is paid online when placing the order.

  • The remaining amount is payable in cash at the time of delivery.

  • If you refuse the delivery, the token amount will be non-refundable and will be adjusted against return/RTO charges.

  • If you accept the order, the token amount will be adjusted against the total order value.

All returns, exchanges, and refunds are subject to product verification and compliance with the terms of this policy. Unique Threads Sarees reserves the right to reject claims that do not meet the eligibility requirements mentioned above.
